DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Encodes and/or amends patient's information to the medical Information System (MIS).
-Determines the appropriate medical examination package and cost.
-Determines and records other fees payable by clients or patients.
-Keeps soft copies of the clients PEME package / examination entry forms for reference.
-Files all assessment section records.
-Answers customers and patient's queries on medical packages.
-Sort referrals in preparation for billing.
