Communicate with relevant parties regarding account and billing issues.
Create documentation relevant to billing activities.
Gather, process, and disburse information related to billing.
Reporting to the Billing Coordinator and to the Head of Finance
Showing close attention to details/ meticulous
Job Qualification
Graduate of any related 4 year-course (Accounting/ Finance)
With at least 1 year related experience in Telecommunications
Ability to multitask
Great written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with great time-management skills
Strong customer service skills
Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Billing Assistant in Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
Billing Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
