WeAssist.io is looking for a Billing Specialist who can help our client with his billing. This opportunity is for a skilled, experienced billing specialist who has worked online and knows how to do past-due reach out, billing reach out, and billing inquiries.

We prefer someone who:
Have PROVEN experience in using Recurly and Intercom but not mandatory as long as trainable.
Have PROVEN experience in reaching out to customers regarding past-due and billing
Charging clients and ending invoices
Canceling delinquent account apps
Must have the ability to facilitate customers regarding their credit card details update
Have a pretty good vocabulary and strong English writing skills
Must have the ability to repeat a task and remain committed to it
Knowledgeable in using G-Suit, Slack, and Zoom and Salesforce
