Job Summary:
The Billing Operations and Analytics Staff performs operational, technical and analytical billing-related tasks for customers under all billing classes. The role is responsible for performing activities on generation, validation and processing of bills, management and resolution of billing discrepancies, billing abnormalities, billing adjustment cases and service irregularity cases, handling and processing of cancellation of invalid bills and repeated readings, and management of bill printing, post-production and bill delivery.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business, Finance, or other related courses
Excellent business communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
