Responsibilities:
Billing Management: Efficiently handle the preparation, analysis, and management of complex billing data. Ensure accuracy and compliance in high-value billing and transactions.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets to analyze, recover, and manage large and complex datasets.
Administrative Excellence: Oversee and streamline administrative processes including drafting correspondence, managing databases, and maintaining a seamless operational flow.
Proactive Task Completion: Independently manage and prioritize tasks, maintaining high standards of performance and meeting tight deadlines even under pressure.
Team Collaboration and Support: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all billing operations. Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments.
Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Embrace new responsibilities and challenges, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement in billing operations and data management.
Specialized Duties:
Efficiently manage and process incoming emails and requests, maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets.
Engage with various medical billing software, enhancing operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in billing, finance, or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience handling large datasets.
Resilience and adaptability, with a history of thriving in demanding work environments and an eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
