Job Details:
Billing Officer
Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)
Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM
Responsibilities:
·Customer Billing
o Provisioning new customers onto our billing system
o Quarantine management of customers from acquired companies and standardization onto the company platform
o Monthly billing to our customers
·Customer Service
o Answering and managing incoming billing questions depending upon the customer type
o Billing contact communications
·Updating of internal databases
o Updating customer contact and billing details
o Updating product packages
·Commercially sound
o Continually review all aspects of the customer billing cycle to retain and improve the customer experience
o Partner with key stakeholders to identify innovative solution and drive commercial outcomes
o Generate data-led insights and influence decision-making through analysis of customer commercial metrics
o Support key stakeholders in driving and implementing key strategic initiatives, including customer project management and tracking progress / milestones
·Other project and ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
· Excellent data entry skills and computer literacy, able to manipulate data quickly and produce reports that can be utilized by stakeholders
·Exposure to customer billing systems such as Emmersion and Connect
·Experience working with customer facing businesses e.g., retail, telecommunications (preferred)
·High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth, and pressure
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·High standard of work and professional approach
·Meticulous attention to detail
·Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook.
·Pragmatic delivers optimal solutions for end users.
