Due to the dynamic nature of the business your responsibilities may change over time as the business evolves. Key Tasks: Responds to Payments, Bill Enquires and complicated Bill Disputes. Chase down missing billing files and general billing related questions. Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Sales, Provisioning, Engineering, etc.) for disputes investigation and resolution Consults with Management as needed to resolve difficult dispute cases.
