1. Assigned in different areas in the hospital (ER, OR, ICU, and other Ward floors).
2. Checks on the completeness of Bizbox Charges.
3. Checks on the accuracy of Bizbox charges versus patient's chart medication.
4. Secure the correctness of charged items.
5. Informs and coordinates the Nursing Service Office on the discrepancies found.
6. Initiates to return the medicines not used by the patients.
7. Charges items, laboratories, services, and medicines for the unaccounted patient bills.
8. Daily update of patient's bill.
9. Be courteous, helpful, and polite to all patients at all times.
10. Attends and participates in meetings and seminars.

Computer literate
Patient and has good interpersonal skills
Billing experience is an advantage
Organized and able to work with minimum supervision
Flexible, responsible, and able to do multi-task jobs
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
