Job Description:
KEY TASKS
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of billing invoices.
Review Customs Clearance cost liquidations based on cost tariff set by Head of Department.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of SOP and SI of customers.
Contribute to team effort to ensure billing speed and accuracy are within clearance performance targets and goal.
Provide pertinent information and recommend measures to the immediate superior that may seem advantageous to the company
Responsible for records keeping and proper filing of complete rate profile of customers.
Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
Reports to immediate superior any findings that are not aligned with the schedule of expenses or billings.
Responds to inquiries concerning billing.
Perform other task as maybe assigned by the Assistant Manager for Billing.
