A. Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and planning the billing and collection operations
• Monitoring the proper issuance of invoices and receipts
• Ensure that collections are made within terms
• Reviews various reports (Ex. Sales, Collection and Accounts Receivable)
• Responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedure
• Lead, direct, mentor, appraise and supervise staff
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• Preferably with two (5) years' experience in the Field of accounting or finance
• Knowledgeable in SAP system.
• With proven working experience as Billing and Collection Supervisor
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational, multitasking skills, organized, analytical, detail oriented, able to work independently, responsible and reliable.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Able to meet or exceed deadlines

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: SAP, Budget, Accounting
