Our team is looking for an exceptional Billing and Collection Manager to grow with us as we work towards our company's goals. Your main role is to lead and own the collections of outstanding account receivables from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
Responsibilities:
Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices
Answer chats and calls of clients that are billing-related
Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Billing and Collection Specialist or similar roles
Strong in communication and negotiations technique
Critical thinking and Analytical Skills
Organizational Skills
Grace under pressure
Leadership experience
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in a business major such as financial management, accounting, or any other business-related course
Proficient user of finance software particularly Quickbooks.
Experience working with payment portals in a B2B setting (such as Chargebee)
