Job Description:
FUNCTIONAL GOAL
Responsible for the accurate and efficient billing of the DDH Department so as to appropriately respond to the billing requirements of the operational units, and the effective provision of necessary support to the billing operational processes.
Responsible for the on time processing of Subcon Trucker's billing.
KEY TASKS
· Maintains and secures the DR / POD of OFD and Sub-cons
· Prepares correct billing versus EDI booking
· ensures proper tally of actual cost
· Prepares and submits on time the billing to FTD
· Ensures proper and timely billed.
· Keep an up-to-date the Manager and HOD of billed and unbilled transactions of DDH
· Maintain an updated record of all subcontractors invoices serving DDH department
· Write minutes when tasked to do such on meetings
· Ensures immediate processing of Trucker's Billing
· Performs other task that may be assigned by the Billing Manager and HOD.
