About the Department The primary responsibility of a Quality Monitor in The Home Lending Self Assurance Monitoring Team is to evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulations are followed and that callers have a consistently positive experience when calling the Investment Contact Center. About the Role Internally known as Operations Analyst 2, this role is responsible in providing the operational support necessary to ensure accurate and consistent development and implementation of Self-Assurance Activities (SAA). The role involves conducting a monthly quality review of new and changed review scripts to ensure requested changes implemented correctly from documentation, database updates, and system updates. This role will also monitor SAA execution to ensure the teams have conducted reviews when required, sampled at the right level, and review frequency is set appropriately. Roles/Responsibilities From a sample of monthly, completed new and changed review scripts, review requests to ensure they followed process with correct approvals, documentation, and implementation in systems, and updates in database Provide communication of key errors and findings from quality review process at an overall and team member level Understand and monitor execution of SAAs throughout the month to ensure adequate sampling and frequency. Ensure all reviews are completed within the timeframes to ensure reporting and issue analysis Provide weekly updates on execution progress to ensure Self-Assurance Quality Team (SAQT) completes all activities in a timely manner Market Skills and Certifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree 2+ years related industry experience for Spanish Bilingual process Desired Qualifications: Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills. Leverage process knowledge, different research tools and techniques to solve a problem Thorough understanding of customer data requirements as related to the banking and financial services industry Quality-oriented. Good attention to detail. Have a sense of urgency in addressing errors. Demonstrates willingness to learn new skills and tasks Receives and reciprocates basic information clearly in the written and oral form; Demonstrates good command over the English language. Ability to escalate issues appropriately Finishes one s tasks as per set schedules. Takes initiative for ensuring timely completion of set tasks.
