RING RING VOIP is currently seeking Cold Callers to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound sales calls to potential customers for our Telecommunications Phone System services. You will engage with prospects, provide information about our products and services, and pitch the benefits of switching to our telecom solutions. If you have excellent communication skills in cold calling, we want to hear from you!
Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers in English languages.
Engage with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our Telecommunications Phone System services.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services.
Requirements
Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage but not a must.
Confident and persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Resilient and results-driven with the ability to handle rejection and objection.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
