URGENT: BILINGUAL JAPANESE ANALYST | TEMPORARY WFH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process transactions of medium to difficult complexity related to invoice processing, helpdesk.
Escalates production issues to his/her team leader
Administrative task that the leads may assign
QUALIFICATIONS:
Japanese Proficiency N1 or N2
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Bachelor's degree holder
Amenable to work from home temporarily
