Job Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
Preferably a college graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative- Experience in the travel industry is a PLUS
Candidate must possess above average to excellent communication skills
Should be fluent orally and in written English AND Mandarin/Cantonese
5 days a week, shifting schedule
