Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that basic customer service functions are performed
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and various departments
- Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via live chat, e-mail, phone
- Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field
- Has at least 1-4 years of experience in the related field
- Can speak native Korean and English
- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to start ASAP
