Qualifications: 
- Fluent in English & Spanish, with little to no accent
- Hungry, motivated, and passionate to see the company win!
- Persistent and highly motivated
- Great work ethics and willingness to learn
- Knowledge or Experience for Auto Warranty is a plus.
 
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to check if the lead is still interested in buying a car warranty, using a script to qualify the lead, and transfer them to a live agent once they are qualified.
- Ensure that the lead is reminded of the car warranty quote.
- Potentially take inbound calls as well to re-engage old leads and help turn their interest into a sale!
