What is your mission?
*As a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor, you will be working with our Luxury Fashion Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone and email. You will get a chance to collaborate and partner with some
of the most important and influential luxury designers in the world!
*You are also required to perform these job functions:
*Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process
*Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
*Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
Who are we looking for?
*Completed 2 years in college
*Preferably with BPO/call center work experience
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
*A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
*Amenable to work rotating shifts
*Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City
