Description
Primary Role:
• Evaluate and decide what patches are appropriate for particular systems, ensure that patches are installed properly, test systems after installation, and document all associated procedures.
• Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact. Develop, document, and automate technical processes and procedures as needed.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux environments
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 year experience in systems design and administration design and support experience required
• Technologies/Skills/Tools: one program platform is required (Windows, UNIX, or Web) and one programming language (e.g. SQL, VB .net, HTML, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Perl, XML, VXML) , BigFix 9.X, or similar tools such as SCCM and Puppet, Windows Server, etc
• Work from home setup until further notice but must be amenable to work in Makati City once onsite operations resumed.
