BIDDING CLERK
Duties & Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Handles procurement systems for government agencies, and other establishments.
Prepare Proposals ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner.
Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal
Manage database by coordinating incoming bid requests and proposal responses
Assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval.
Qualifications:
Familiar with government bidding and other procurement systems
Showing proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proposal management experience
Understanding of basic contract language
Showing an understanding of the bid process
Industry-specific knowledge and background
Knowledge of document management methods
Cloud software experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm
