Job Description A Bid Manager manages customer proposal requests and coordinates company bids. He/She creates solutions and develop strategies while complying with customer requirements in order to achieve the ultimate goal of securing winning bids. Manages the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities Manages the bid team members and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from account management, business development, solution, product, finance, legal and service delivery teams Prepares and reviews the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer Performs profit analysis, commercial packaging and risk assessment Contributes to the customer proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a proposal highlights/summary) Manages the bid budget Ensures timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award Manages and maintains the company price book Manages 3rd party partners to ensure pricing competitiveness Provides market, competitive analysis / benchmarking of price offerings Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
