Your Role and Responsibilities Administers Pension & Benefits enrollment, termination and change requests of employees Handles Payroll Inputs, Reconciliations, Remittances, Payment Requests, and Leaves administration for Benefits Administers COE Benefits Email Functional IDs responds to employee queries / concerns and escalate as needed Administers reportorial requirements Required Technical and Professional Expertise With HR Experience Proficient in Microsoft Tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Proficient in Oral & Written English Communication Preferred Technical and Professional Experience With HR-Benefits Experience Proficient in Microsoft Tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outllok, etc.) Proficient in Oral & Written English Communication With Experience using Photoshop or Canva or any similar tools - for creating posters & infographics Organized & Meticulous Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
