Principal Responsibilities Responsible for managing and facilitating the successful delivery of DTCC's vaccination program from ordering to surveillance Collaborate with stakeholders, approved vendors and customers to ensure timely and efficient administration of the program Assist with the planning, development and implementation of the company's vaccination program, procedures and protocols Ensures adherence to all applicable internal and external regulations Provides excellent customer support to internal and external customers and effectively respond to concerns Establish reports and maintain record keeping Create and drive appropriate communications to enhance understanding of all parties Assist in benefits, wellbeing and timekeeping operation processes and programs Required Skills/Abilities: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, project management or clinic management Has passion to excel and compassion for people Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Power Pivot, MS Forms, MS Teams and Office 365 Ability to work independently and effectively in a team Demonstrated communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver high quality results in fast paced environment and competing priorities Strong agile project management or strong organization and planning skills Updated knowledge of local benefits, occupational health and COVID 19 regulations Immediate requirement With medical background
