Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as Bellman or its equivalent position in a reputable hotel
Customer Service Oriented and has passion for the hospitality hotel
Exceptional Communication Skills
With Professional Driving License
What will be doing:
Ensure the prompt and efficient handling off all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departure and the luggage store, as well as ensure safety and security of guest luggage.
Escorts guests to their rooms. For first time guests, explains hotel facilities. In the room, explains room facilities/amenities such as (how lights &TV function, safe, AC, fire exit, etc.) and fire exits.
To perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Must drive hotel shuttle bus when needed
Communicates to his or her superior any difficulty, guest comment and other relevant information.
