Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management Recruit, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques, and integrate them into the salon's offerings Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Manage salon finances, including budgeting, sales monitoring, and expense management Stay informed about competitors' activities and make recommendations to stay competitive Requirements Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or a similar role Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office suite Valid cosmetology or beauty therapy license is a plus
