Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
College Undergraduate/ Senior High School Graduate/ High School Graduate
At least 1 year BPO experience or 2 years customer-facing experience
