Responsibilities:
• handles the requests from guests
• companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms
• Ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system
• maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years old
• At least Senior or High School Graduate
• Above average communication skills
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple system
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
• Amenable to work onsite
• Flexible
