Steer PAM business development and asset management in Visayas and Mindanao region
Prepare presentation materials for business development pitch to potential clients
Perform necessary inspection on sites to understand project requirements
Prepare and submit property management proposal to clients
Work on Property Management Agreements and other related contracts
Perform a competitive environmental scan to understand the local market and competitors
Oversee leasing transactions involving asset management
Support the BD's target budget and revenue projections
Provide regular reports to the management company
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
