Description
Primary Role:
- Act as SME to the service and internal partners for business continuity activities
- Development of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies as well as testing procedures
- Conduct awareness and training activities related in business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Monitor and guide the development of appropriate recovery strategies aligned to the program calendar.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) experience working under BPO/Multinational Company
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
