Job Description
1. Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/ Initiatives;
2. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
3. Execution and managing of Koncepto Pop-Up Bazaar Events;
4. Prepares budget request for décor, talent fee and other activities made for bazaar event;
5. Attending to digital and walk-in clients’ inquiries and processing of approved events for venue areas (Client-Initiated Events);
6. Maintaining and monitoring of Client Information and Koncepto Bazaar Inquiry responses;
7. Filing of Marketing documents such as Client Information Form, VRA, Merchant Agreement, etc. for Client-Initiated and Koncepto Pop-Up Bazaar;
8. Handling of inventory for Marketing equipment and supplies;
9. Documenting of all Marketing and Koncepto Events by taking pictures and videos;
10. Conceptualizing and implementing of Marketing campaigns, promo and packages for events.
11. Coordinating to Account Specialists
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree. Marketing or Business Course is preferred;
With at least 1-2 years of experience as Bazaar Supervisor or Manager
Excellent in analytical skill and attention to details
Must have excellent tenant relations and be customer oriented
Has excellent leadership skills, personnel management and administrative skills
Exercise professionalism at all times
Strong interpersonal and PR skills;
Able to be creative operationally and strategically;
Knowledgeable in using MS Office apps and Google Productivity apps such as, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs and Google Slides;
Excellent knowledge in Marketing Strategies;
Full understanding of social media platforms;
Willing to do field works.
