Job Description
Implement 5s in designated area
Monitor and document status of all batteries owned by the company
Perform recharging of battery for company equipment
Perform preventive maintenance standard procedure on mounted and standby batteries
Perform load test on batteries through load tester/multi tester
Ensure standard procedure when performing load test
Record status of battery including unit intended
Review Battery history through date mounted on unit
Request required parts, supplies and materials that are necessary for battery maintenance
Withdraw requested parts, supplies and materials from warehouse
Return damaged parts, supplies and materials to warehouse
Secure BAD/ damaged batteries and endorse to waste and scrap management committee
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and readily available for use.
Report damaged tools and equipment to immediate superior and request for replacement.
Ensure safety while performing job Submit daily accomplishment report and other reports required by superior
Perform other functions as assigned by immediate superior
