Bartender
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. He should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer's needs and expectations.
 
Responsibilities
Greets all guests, provides eye contact, and warm greeting, engage in pleasant hospitality during every interaction, and provide a thank you for each transaction
Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
Takes drink and food orders, and engages with customers to enhance their experience.
Prepares and serves a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
Handles customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a good manner.
Enforces alcohol laws by checking IDs and monitoring customer consumption
Complies with all food and beverage regulations
Handles financial transactions accurately.
Keeps the bar area clean, including washing glassware, utensils, and bar tools.
Organizing and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and keeping popular items available.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Stays informed about the latest drink trends, new products, and promotions.
Qualifications and skills
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
