Job Description
• Read the daily operation checklist from previous day and for the current day. • Clean and sanitize section. • Make sure all pieces of equipment are cleaned properly and in good condition
• If a machine is not working properly, inform the manager on duty to call maintenance. • Set up espresso machine and coffee grinder. • Check if equipment is well calibrated for proper grinding and proper extraction of espresso.
• Ensure that all glassware is stacked properly. • Make inventory of items and monitor expiry dates. • Order necessary items. • Discard of expired items and record accurately
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
