Prepare coffee based, alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guest/s
Provides service by suggesting a cocktail/wine or non-alcoholic beverage, recommending promotional items and up selling to premium products
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar are well-stocked.
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
Perform other task/s assigned by the Management
Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Associate in Hotel and Services or at least vocational diploma/short course certificate
At least 1 year of working experience as a Bartender
At least 1 year of working experience as Barista
With knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Creative and with an eye for details.
Outgoing and people oriented.
