Job Description
Prepares and ensures the quality of all intermediate items needed for the entire shift consumption and succeeding shift in accordance with the standard recipe and established standard operating procedures
Read production and test data, such as processing steps, temperature and steam readings, cooking time, batches processed and test results.
Collect and examine product samples during production in order to test them for quality color, content, consistency, viscosity, acidity and/or specific gravity.
Operator should have experience in Kitchen Operation in Chocolate/Confectionary preferably with Klockner - Hansel equipment.
Weighing ingredients, using scales or measuring containers and avoidance of wastages.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
