Job Description
Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks. Grind coffee beans and use various brewing methods to ensure high-quality coffee.
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, countertops, and utensils. Clean coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, regularly.
Stay informed about the coffee shop's menu, including seasonal offerings and promotions. Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages to management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
With Experience in Specialty Coffee
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink recipes.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
