As a Barista at Macao Imperial Tea , you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities **Beverage Preparation:** Prepare a variety of beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, following Macao Imperial Tea's recipes and quality standards. Ensure the consistency and presentation of all beverages. **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Answer customer questions about menu items and provide recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. **Cleanliness and Hygiene:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and serving areas. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation. **Efficiency** Work quickly and accurately during busy periods to keep up with customer orders. Handle multiple tasks, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling cash or card transactions. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about Macao Imperial Tea's menu offerings, including seasonal items and promotions. Make suggestions and upsell additional items when appropriate. Qualifications Qualifications for Barista High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus but not always required; training may be provided. Passion for coffee and tea, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation.
