Barista Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality Management
Can speak basic English
Good personal relation skills
Pleasing personality
Must work well with others
Dedicated, flexible and willing to be trained
Willing to work overtime and shifting schedule
Must be physically fit for long shifts and busy hours
Job Responsibilities:
Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner
Responds proactively to make the coffee experience positive and prevent customer service situations
Operates coffee preparation machines, such as espresso and brewing equipment.
Weighs and grinds coffee beans per standard recipe.
Prepares hot or cold beverages following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques and standards.
Maintains the highest quality and consistent product standards.
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, equipment
Positive approachable manner
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
