This role combines customer service in our roastery café with hands-on quality control of our roasted coffee.

What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to guests.
Maintain café cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
Conduct coffee quality checks through cupping, brewing consistency, and sensory evaluation.
Assist in monitoring roasting, packaging, and storage processes for quality assurance.
Document and report quality findings, supporting the production team in improvements.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of barista or café experience; QA or production experience is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sensory skills and a passion for coffee quality.
Knowledge of food safety or HACCP standards is an advantage.
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
