BANK RELATION OFFICER
Job Summary:
The Bank Relation Officer is responsible for converting reserved units into actual sales by guiding buyers through the financing process or encouraging them to settle their balances in cash. This role ensures timely follow-up, complete documentation, and close coordination between clients, financing institutions (e.g., Pag-IBIG or bank), and internal departments to meet conversion and take-out targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively call and follow up with buyers to submit requirements for housing loan applications or cash settlement.
Educate and assist buyers on their financing options (Pag-IBIG, bank loan, or in-house financing).
Coordinate with the Pag-IBIG Compliance Officer or bank representatives regarding loan documentation and application status.
Maintain updated records of buyer status - reservation, conversion, loan approval, take-out, or full cash payment.
Monitor and follow up on deadlines for buyer compliance, particularly for housing loan submission or cash balance settlement.
Work with the Sales Admin, Documentation, and Accounting teams to ensure all conversions are processed in line with company schedules.
Send reminders or notices to buyers with pending requirements or balances.
Prepare regular reports on unit conversion rates, pending buyers, and conversion bottlenecks.
Attend to buyer inquiries or concerns related to the loan process or payment terms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1-2 years experience in sales admin, customer service, or loan coordination in real estate or financial institutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in doing follow-up calls.
Organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Familiar with Pag-IBIG and bank housing loan procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
