The Operations Staff is primarily responsible in reviewing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all loan documents necessary to case filing for all referred non-performing loan accounts and in preparing the Extra-Judicial Foreclosure petitions for Housing and Replevin case for Auto/Chattel. Responsibilities: Ensures that case referral activities are encoded in the database Prepares Statement of Account which includes the principal balance, interest due, late payment charges, insurance premiums (MRI) and other fees (Fire/Chattel Insurance) due for proper computation of estimated foreclosure fees, attorney's fees and liquidated damages. Prepares all documents for case filing based on prescribed template indicating the total loan obligation based on product type and attach relevant and pertinent documents as annexes Forwards the case filing documents to a Filing Officer for review and signature. Forwards the Petition (RE), Complaint and Judicial Affidavit (Auto) to BPI LeADR's designated lawyer for signature and forward all documents for notarization to Notary Public lawyer, once finalized. Requests check (MC) preparation for the corresponding filing fees via EAS subject to the appropriate approving authority Records all endorsed accounts for case filing of SP to the unit's monitoring report and updated once filed (accepted in court). Qualifications Graduate of any four (4) year business related course Preferably with experience with Collection and Remedial accounts handling Good communication skills Excellent analytical skills Detail-oriented
