- Prepares Monthly Inventory Report on bakery supplies
- Ensures that baking area is clean and safe
Job Specification:
- A graduate of BS Food Technology or TESDA certified on related field
- Must be knowledgeable in baking and flour application.

₱ 15,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
- Evaluates all finished products with corresponding end-use test evaluation: bread, noodles, cookies, lumpia wrapper, steamed bread (siopao) and other needed evaluation
- Reports any noted deviation of the product with regards to end-use evaluation
- Prepares Daily Baking Evaluation Report for all the baking activities
- In close coordination with QC Analyst for the final releasing of finished goods in Product Release Report
- Performs end-use test evaluation of all experimental studies for validation testing
- Coordinates with QC Analyst and Technical Support team for the evaluation during Competitive Evaluation
