BAKERS & PIZZAIOLOS
In line with our restructuring initiatives, we are seeking for experienced candidates who will play an important part in our brand and commitment to our customers. Successful candidates will primarily help us with our daily baking operations in Red Coco, Agus, Lapulapu City.
We are looking for someone who possess the following attributes and qualifications:
Self-aware, self-conscious about hygiene, proper product handling, food safety, is mandatory.
Able to operate mixers, ovens, proofers, dough dividers, sheeters and other baking equipment is a must.
Well verse is baking loaves, buns and other traditional breads.
Experienced in handling and shaping higher hydration doughs is an advantage.
Can work in shifts.
Can work with less supervision, can follow simple instruction, and well disciplined.
Able to use computers and tablets is preferred.
Willingness and openness to learn something new is important.
Available to start in ASAP.
