The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to standard recipes.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency.
Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed.
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of baked products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
Assist in preparing daily production based on store demand.
Properly store ingredients and finished products.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and café team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or vocational training in baking.
With experience in baking is an advantage.
Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Physically fit and able to work early shifts.
