Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts daily
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
Assist with seasonal menu planning
Support banquet and special event dessert production
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a baker (hotel experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
Ability to work early morning shifts
Attention to detail and time management skills
Food safety certification is an advantage
