Job purpose
Responsible in operating and maintaining production equipment, preparing ingredients, following recipes, production protocols and commitment to producing top-notch food products
Duties and responsibilities
Complies to Good Manufacturing Practices standards at all times.
Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
Ensures that the correct code and label are used in the product.
Ensures that all equipment are properly turned off at the end of the shift.
Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift.
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate
At least six(6) months to one (1) year experience in food manufacturing industry
1 year experience as a Baker or related position
Good inter-personal relationship.
Must have attention to details to ensure product standards and processes.
Must alert to observe compliance to standard parameters
Requires following all sanitation and standard procedures in production.
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
