Job Description
Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must be a graduate of Hotel Management and with Culinary Diploma
Experience in making high quality and different types of breads and pastries.
English language fluency and computer efficiency.
Must possess professionalism, good moral character, and flexible at all times.
Experience in 5-star Hotel & Restaurant not less than 8 years.
