BAKER
Qualifications:
Male
At least High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 mos. to 1 yr. experience
Knows how to bake Local and High end Breads
Has a Skills in making own recipe
Should be a team player and coordinate with all colleagues.
Able to drive four (4) wheels vehicle is an advantage
Understanding of Food Safety, Food Hygiene, and Food Handling concepts.
Scope of Work:
Ensure that daily production range is made to a high standard in a timely,safe and consistent manner.
Measuring and mixing of ingredients.
Accurately follow proper process of every product that includes: weighing: shaping and cutting as to standard form.
Properly operate baking equipments.
Prepare daily production report and other reports as required by immediate supervisor.
