Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of Baking Technology or Vocational Courses in baking.
One (1) or two (2) years' experience in baking or bread preparation and related processes.
Responsibilities:
Prepares materials and sample for bake test.
Conducts bake test for flour sample.
Records all data during baking in the bake test form.
Evaluate bake bread as to required parameters.
Prepares report for the bake test and evaluation of bake bread.
Records and update inventory of materials.
Daily preparation of sample of bread for evaluation.
Maintains the good operating condition of the bakery equipment.
Prepares summary report for the evaluation of baked breads.
Filing of documents or forms.
Performs other activities as directed by superior.
